Breakfast is served in the breakfast room overlooking the canal or in your room if you prefer. Only local and organic products are used to make up this delicious start to the day!

Fresh fruit, freshly baked breads, eggs any way you like them, pancakes,smoked Alaskan salmon, Dutch meats and cheeses, yoghurt and cereals and of course fresh orange juice, tea, cappuccino or espresso coffee.
